WHO AM I AND WHAT I DO

Cesare Sartore holds a master’s degree in Advanced Sports Science and Techniques and has always been deeply passionate about science in its many forms, as well as the human body.

After spending several years in my hometown, where I coached athletes from various disciplines (alpine skiing, mountain biking, and canoeing), in 2019, I decided to take a different path and began working as a strength and conditioning coach for the Chinese Olympic Committee.

For four months, I trained with the Chinese National Alpine Ski Team, after which I accepted a role as Performance Coach Leader at the Guangxi Province Institute of Sport in China.

The pandemic brought me back to Europe, first to Switzerland, where I spent three months working as a coach for the Dutch national youth teams (TalentNed) in speed skating and mountain biking.

After this experience in Switzerland, I returned to my roots to establish something of my own and share my professional experiences in Italy.

This journey allowed me to meet many people, exchange invaluable experiences, learn innovative methods, and integrate these new insights into my training. I further specialized in postural studies, which eventually led me to the field of biomechanics.

After completing my Mastermind certification through the Level8 Center, I am now one of the instructors for the Level8 advanced biomechanics course, where I work alongside one of the leading experts in the field, John Haddad.

To continue my ongoing education, I also studied methodologies that deepen my understanding of the human body. Shawn Sherman, founder of Square1System, introduced me to a neural optimization approach, enabling remarkable results in pain reduction and performance improvement in very little time.
